Information you provide
South Sound Drywall collects your name, email, project ZIP code, service choice and project description. A phone number is optional. The form requires your explicit agreement to follow-up about the project. Please do not include passwords, financial details, medical information or other sensitive material.
Purpose and current status
Project details are saved for review and possible follow-up about the work you describe. A saved request is not a booking, contractor assignment or estimate. Automated delivery to a service provider is not active. No response deadline is promised.
Storage and security
Requests are stored in the site’s Cloudflare database. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and requested page. Abuse-prevention checks use hashed request information and a submission identifier. Details are not published on the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its infrastructure practices.
Retention
Unassigned project requests and privacy requests are removed after 90 days through private operator maintenance. This is a manual process, not an automated deletion service.
Follow-up and questions
You may decline further contact when a follow-up is received. Use the privacy request form below for questions about your information, access or deletion. Requests are held for manual review and may need identity confirmation; they do not trigger automatic deletion.
Other site features
The pages have no accounts, advertising pixels, checkout or comment tools. The small first-party script sends the request and displays its status. External agency resources operate under their own policies.
